The Garden

The beautiful historic garden at Aulestad has developed continuously since Karoline and Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson moved in. In interaction with the surroundings, the buildings and the farm's history, the garden is a documentation of both Aulestad as a home at the time the Bjørnson family lived there, and the  museum of today.
